Our premier guide trips are currently offered
on three fantastic Texas lakes:
Richland-Chambers Reservoir; Fairfield Lake; and Cedar Creek Reservior.

Richland-Chambers Reservoir
Located 12 miles East of Corsicana. This beautiful 44,600 acre lake is one of the largest lakes in Texas and was impounded in 1987. The Texas Department of Parks and Wildlife (TDP&W) has heavily stocked Richland-Chambers with Hybrid Stripers, White Bass and Blue Catfish since the lake's impoundment. It is common for our groups to catch a limit ( 5 each over 18") of these hard-fighting Hybrid Stripers, and many of our customers have taken Trophy Hybrid Stripers (10 pounds and over) to the Taxidermist.

Lake Fairfield
A
small cooling reservoir for the Brown Generating Plant owned by TXU. This 2500 acre lake sustains water temperatures above 60 degrees year round. The constant warm water and high salinity content in the water enables the TDP&W to stock saltwater Redfish in this small lake. Redfish are typically found in saltwater bays from North Carolina to Mexico, but these fish can grow to real Trophy-size in the warm waters of Lake Fairfield. In fact, the state record freshwater Redfish was taken from Lake Fairfield in the late 1990's, (38 lbs.). Our customers regularly boat 30"+ Redfish and 40" monsters are not uncommon in the winter.

Cedar Creek Reservior
T
he unofficial "Crappie Capitol of Texas". It's proximity to Dallas makes this lake one of the most popular recreational and fishing lakes in the state. The boat docks that dot the shoreline of Cedar Creek hold big slab crappie much of the year, and there are plenty of bridges and brushpiles that hold crappie year-round. Although Crappie steal the headlines at Cedar Creek, the lake is also teeming with Hybrid Stripers, White Bass and Blue Catfish that are eager biters.
