Our automated email order confirmation and any notification from our company will be sent to the email address you provided confirming your order and payment. Please make sure any spam blockers are disabled to make sure you receive our email.

How to Order
Just click the "view" button to see a larger picture of the item you are interested in. Then, when you are ready, press the "buy" button next to the product that you would like and follow the instructions. You will be given an area to enter your billing and shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please make sure the check box is NOT selected on the shipping address section. Once you order your product and press the checkout button, you will be prompted to review your order and shipping information. At this time, please make sure everything is correct before you process your order and payment. When everything is completed, you will receive an automated order confirmation by email.

When ordering, you may select multiple products, however, we can only ship to one address at a time. If you have more than one shipping address, you will need to place a separate order for each address being shipped to.

IMPORTANT: If you made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately. Many times we ship as soon as we get an order. Once the order has been processed, we cannot stop the shipping process.

Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. At this time, we do not process credit card information from overseas accounts.

This site is secured by QuickSSL and utilizes 128-bit SSL certificates thereby offering the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and our web servers are private and secure.

Shipping
Shipments take about 1-3 business days by USPS Priority mail. Shipping and handling fees apply to every order and are shown during the order process. Shipping areas include the United States only.

IMPORTANT
1. Most orders are shipped within 24-hours after purchase, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

2. We do not ship to FPO/APO addresses

3. An additional service fee of $10 will be charged if an incorrect shipping address is provided.

4. We do not guarantee shipping arrival time

International Shipping
Sorry, at this time, we only ship within the United States.

Sales Tax
All Texas residents are required to pay sales tax on products purchased through our Web site.

Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with one of our products for any reason, return it unused within 14-days from the original purchase date on your invoice. All returned products must be unused and include original packaging and tags, or no refund will be granted. As soon as we receive the returned product, we'll refund you the total cost of the product less shipping and handling and restocking fees. Refunds will be credited to your credit card account within 30 days of receipt.

• Sale items - no refunds or returns will be accepted

Damaged Products
If your product is damaged by shipping, you will need to file a claim directly with USPS.

If your product is defective, please contact our office for further assistance.  All our products are hand-made or custom designed and any warranty or guarantee associated with the product will be provided by the maker, if at all.
